FLEX THE ANTIHERO OPENS FOR BIG K.R.I.T

The best part about Thanksgiving weekend in Toronto this year was not the turkey. It was this guy...

FLEX

Flex the Antihero. This Toronto artist just dropped his album SALEM and he dropped the mic after a stellar performance on Friday night at Tattoo Rock Parlour on Queen West.

“I truly felt at home this time around. I've had a lot of time to really sit with the records and feel them out, so I know where I want to take it in a live setting. The experience was incredible. It's also a pleasure to get love in your home especially when it is known to be "the screwface capital." I feel like if you are genuine and leave it all up on that stage, they have no choice but to fuck with you.”

And then these guys...

Two-9. The hip-hop collective from Atlanta, Georgia. Toronto felt the love and we reciprocated that southern hospitality. Explosive set. This photo speaks for itself.

TWO-9

Oh and this guy.

Big K.R.I.T. – Stands for ‘King Remembered In Time’ if you didn’t know. This Mississippi native named his tour ‘Pay Attention’ – maybe because you’ve all been sleeping on him for too long. He is a one man show in every sense of the word. Now that’s heart.
